First, we would like to say what a great pleasure it is to be a part of this interview, and I hope that I will be able to answer some of the most common questions that we get asked on our site. The most popular question we get ask of course, is “how much weight will I lose in a month”. And for this, we have to give that boring answer – it depends. An average that we have noticed is some 8-12 pounds, for people that stick to the programme. This is however a very, very rough estimate. We have had clients losing more than 30 pounds in a month, and we have had clients losing less. It really depends on how much you have to lose at the outset, but also your dedication. The key thing however, is to not give up. Herbalife does work, there can be no doubt about that. You just have to stick with it. Some people may lose weight at an amazing rate, some people need to diet a bit longer to get the results they are looking for, but the conclusion is the same – everyone can lose weight, and it is not hard at all.
